Telema MMT enables: 

  • Processing orders submitted by sales agents via PDA from client’s site in company’s Management Information System (MIS)
  • Obtain information (also real-time) about Telema MMTactivities of individual sales agents or about the whole sales team
  • Analyse productivity of sales agents on the basis of customer visit reports
    Send orders to information systems of logistics companies, if needed
  • Distribute information to sales agents about product availability, clients and accounts receivable, updates in price lists, etc.

  • Browse client data and product lists
  • Search products according to title, EAN or company specific codes
  • Compile orders based on specific customer history (5 last orders displayed)
  • Submit order to company’s information system
  • Fix exact order sending time
  • View and check submitted orders on Internet page

  • Possibility to use bar code scanner together with PDA to find products from database
